Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum play a young married couple whose lives take a tragic fate when they suffer a car accident.McAdams’s character, Paige, isn’t horribly disfigured or anything like that, but she suffers brain trauma which has blocked all memory of Tatum’s character Leo.Leo tries to get regain her memory by trying to have her fall in love with him again.That’s the movie. These romantic dramas get manufactured every year, and I have seen hundreds of them. In a movie review on May 7, 2012 entitled Another Great Late Sixties Episode, Anastasia McPherson “Bibliophile” wrote, “Megan has made a mistake. Her mistake was giving up on her acting career too quickly and settling for the tamer rewards of advertising. Wait, check that, her mistake was really failing to be Don’s Dream Girl and Perfect Doll at all times. This episode tracks the difference between what is desired and what actually is for several characters and guests including, Don, Megan, Pete, Peggy and an insurance salesman who rides the train with Pete and his wife. Pete too is mapping the difference betweeh what should be and is and starts a fair bit of trouble trying to map that territory.As always the writing, acting and setting are wonderful but the thing that really puts us in the late sixties is the use of the opening track of the Beatle’s album Revolver after being told all episode that Sterling Cooper couldn’t get the Beatles. Genius! Watch and enjoy a strong mid-season episode.”

In a movie review on May 8, 2012 entitled All around entertaining, action packed film. A for the sequel, Godsambassador wrote, “Underworld awakening doesn’t have many flaws. It gives a short paraphrasing of early prequels to continue the underworld saga. The film includes humans now involved in the battle with some twists and turns of similar kryogenically frozen plots and more family members included. The movie basically mainly involves the camera following around kate beckinsale while others help her try to reunite with her love then her daughter. I did enjoy it, however I thought the film could have been longer and more detailed. It seemed they did not spend that much time on this movie but kind of made this as “fast food” film. With that being said I’m a satisfied customer with this rental. I look forward to the next one. thanks. Godbless~shauns movie review”

In a movie review on December 11, 2011 entitled Just as good as Valentine’s Day, Alexander wrote, “I Loved Valentine’s Day and so when I heard about this one I was very excited to go see it and it has some of my favorite actresses and actors in it. Of course people will call this film predictable and cheesy just like all the romantic built movies, but honestly there is not one romantic type of movie that is not predictable. Of course you know what’s going to happen at the end since it’s called a romantic movie. I personally loved this movie, it had a lot of laughs and a couple parts where I got teary eyed. The movie has well put together characters and a very good plot. The ending just like Valentine’s Day where it brought characters throughout the movie together some predictable and some were the complete opposite of predictable. I Love this movie and recommend it to anyone who likes romantic comedies or likes Valentine’s Day. Who cares what the critics say they are wrong most of the time. Go to enjoy the movie, not to critique it.”

In a movie review on September 17, 2007 entitled Lived Up To Hype, Craig Connell wrote, “I heard nothing but good things about this movie, so I rented it the first day it was available recently…..and I wasn’t disappointed. Oh, it does have a bit too much action and a few politically-correct annoyances but neither are much and overall the movie is a lot of fun to watch.The action scenes are not only interesting; they’re spectacular at times. Overall, the photography is slick. It’s a good visual movie. Not only the cinematography, but the director did a nice job with many of these shots. The version doesn’t have all the gimmicks the first Misssion Impossible film, but it certainly has the best action scenes. The action is improbable as Cruise’s “Ethan Hunt” would have to be Superman to perform the stunts and acrobatics he does here. (I would never claim this movie is credible, or even “intelligent” - just escapist fun.)Just put your brains on hold, and go along for the wild ride.”
